As a creative-type, I’ve come across several lists on how to boost your creativity. Some of the list items make sense (common sense), and others maybe not so much. The way I see it, everyone has different methods/techniques to get them into a CREATIVE SPIRIT. We all have and use different degrees of creativity. Some of us are creative for a living and some are creative in our personal lives… or both.

Looking for Custom P90X Workout Sheets so that you can create your own workout schedule?
Once I finished P90X I decided that I wanted to tailor the workouts to meet my schedule of working out 3 days a week. If you’re like me and do not have enough time to repeat P90X again and again but want to continue working out to the different workout routines (and be able to keep track and record your performance), then maybe these custom work sheets will come in handy for you. I basically just recreated them in a Microsoft Excel workbook. The only difference between these worksheets and the original ones that you can download for free at Beachbody.com is that I did not define the WEEK COLUMNS.

I’m really psyched that I completed the 13 week P90X last week. I feel great and feel I’m in the best shape of my life. Tony Horton’s workouts were tough. The program was extremely demanding, but I found that once you started and got into it, you get more and more motivated. It’s a great program. And as grueling and difficult some of the sessions were – it was still fun!
